From her native California, Teresa Thomas moved to Boulder in 1990 to attend the University of Colorado, graduating with degrees in International Business and Economics. She relocated to the Vail Valley when her husband brought his well-established building company to the area in 1996. Through his many projects, plus the design and building of their third home, Teresa brings this experience to the fast-paced Vail market.

From Vail to Eagle, Teresa’s keen knowledge of the entire valley has been built upon her involvement in both the sales and development ends of the industry. Working closely with Ron Byrne since 2001 on many projects such as Vail Mountain View Residences, Teresa has brought a range of skills to the company. With Teresa’s Venezuelan background and education, she is familiar with the needs of international buyers and sellers.

With her husband and two daughters, Teresa enjoys the outdoor adventures that are bringing many to the Valley searching for the perfect place to live. Her competence, efficiency, and mastery of both the fundamentals and the complexities of all facets of the real estate industry make her a valued, experienced member of the Ron Byrne and Associates team.
