Originally from Vail, Shawn joined Ron Byrne & Associates to overseen new and ongoing development efforts. Shawn is involved in sourcing, analysis, planning, design, entitlement, procurement and project development.

Prior to joining Ron Byrne & Associates, Shawn worked for Related Companies as part of the development team for Snowmass Base Village planned unit development. His background focuses on luxury multi-family and high end mixed use products, principally in resort communities. Shawn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
